| The Founding Board brings together a group of
Statesmen, Academics and experienced Leaders in the
movement to restore The Constitution as the basis of
American government. Together, these individuals represent
the many facets of our planned Organization. They will
help guide and shape it in coming weeks as we progress
towards our inception.

Barry M. Goldwater, Jr. is President of B2 Solutions, a
Public and Government Affairs enterprise.
Prior to joining B2 Solutions he served as a General
Partner for thirteen equipment leasing partnerships. Mr. Goldwaters’ background includes fourteen years as a
United States Congressman and eight years as a series
seven-registered representative and member of the New
York Stock Exchange. Currently and for the past eight
years he has performed Government and public affairs
service for his client companies.
He carries these years of experience into his current
activities. He represents his client companies before
Congress and the United States Government as well as the
California and Arizona State Legislatures. Many of the
current Congressional Committee Chairmen served with Mr.
Goldwater, thus providing unique opportunities. In
addition he is talented and gifted in sales and
marketing
In Public Affairs, he involves his clients with civic,
charitable and political activities. His family name in
Arizona, dating back to 1850, is familiar to many.
While in Congress he served on committees that had
jurisdiction over Energy, Aviation, Space, Defense and
Public Works. Mr. Goldwater was the co-author of, the
Privacy Act of 1974. He served on the joint committee on
energy, which responded to the oil crises of 1974. With
over three thousand hours as pilot in a variety of
aircraft, he was a ranking member of several Aviation
committees. He has testified before the US Congress, the
Arizona Corporation Commission and the Arizona State
Legislature.
On the Board of Directors, Goldwater believes his role is to
identify risks that could preclude a company from
achieving its objectives. He believes we operate in a
world where we can not assume anything.
